Order Processing and Dispatch:
We strive to dispatch all orders within 2 Days, or within the production time for Custom rugs. Estimated delivery times vary by product, ranging from next-day delivery to a maximum of 10-12 business days post-dispatch.
During high-demand periods, such as sales, there may be a delivery delay of 5-7* days.
Order Confirmation:
Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive the following notifications via email and text message:

Order Cancellation:
To cancel your order, message us on WhatsApp at +91 9566195425 or email us at info@indirug.in. Cancellations are only accepted before shipment dispatch or during the production process for made-to-order items. Upon cancellation, refunds will be initiated, reflecting in your account within 2 business days via the original payment method.
Shipping Costs and Hidden Charges:
Listed prices include shipping charges, duties, and taxes except International Order and Shipping costs are calculated based on the total order weight, varying for international delivery. In case of non-delivery due to user error (e.g., incorrect name, address, or contact number), additional charges for re-delivery will be claimed.
Customs Duty, Taxes, and Delivery Charges:
Customers are responsible for paying duties or taxes imposed during customs or importing goods into their country. Indirug does not cover Duties or Taxes for international shipping. Any additional delivery charges resulting from address changes post-dispatch are the customer's responsibility.
Other Important Details:
- Indirug is not liable for delays or non-delivery due to uncontrollable factors like flood, fire, wars, acts of God, or any force majeure.
- Shipment/delivery time begins from the day payment is confirmed.
- Users must provide accurate information to prevent delays or loss of merchandise.
- Indirug reserves the right to validate user details, rejecting registrations with inaccurate information.
